Visitor/Guest Parking

A College visitor or guest is defined as a person not affiliated with Monroe Community College.

Parking Lot V is designated for visitors or guests at the Brighton Campus.  There are designated visitor parking spaces at the Downtown Campus and Applied Technology Center.

Dental Clinic patients have reserved metered parking in Lot K. Visitors to the Dental Clinic must pay for metered spaces for the duration of time spent at the Clinic. Meters are $.50 per hour with a maximum time of 5 hours.

Departments who are hosting visitors and would like their guests to be able to park in a different lot, can contact Parking Services by email during normal business hours to obtain a guest courtesy permit.

These rules do not apply to resident student visitors and guests.  Please refer to the Resident Student Parking page.

Registered students and employees are prohibited from parking in the Visitor Lot (Lot V) for any reason.
